Viability Study: Eye Refresh

1.0 OBJECTIVE: 

A fibroblast cell culture model was used to assess the ability of the Eye Refresh to increase the viability of cells.

2.0 EFFECT OF EYE REFRESH ON CELL VIABILITY

The results for the viability assay (MTT assay) are presented in Table and Graph 1, with the values presented as the mean percent viability ± _the standard deviation of the mean.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate Aeonia Eye Refresh’s ability to increase cell viability and was found to significantly increase fibroblast viability by 41%. Cell viability is linked to healthy and youthful skin.
